So I have never, ever, ever been a fan of liverwurst, but... We spent some time in a fabulous hotel in Vienna, and were served crusty rolls and a wonderful cheese and ... liverwurst every morning, with strong black coffee (pour in the milk and it just disappears). There was something about the combination that really worked. I still don't like liverwurst, except with my Vienna breakfast.
Follow this link for how to fix this:
Vienna Breakfast
• 4 brown and serve, crusty rolls
• 8 ounce package liverwurst
• 4 ounces Havarti cheese or other cheese that you like
Night before:
None needed
Next morning:
Heat rolls per directions. Slice liverwurst and cheese. Serve
NOTES:
• Sliced tomatoes go well with this.
