Luscious Blueberry Banana Smoothie
• 2 cups fresh or frozen (not thawed) blueberries
• 1 cup vanilla yogurt, non fat
• 1 banana
• ½ cup orange juice or other favorite juice
• 1 cup crushed ice (optional)
Night before:
Nothing needed
Next morning:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
NOTES:
Serve with whole wheat toast, or declare it to be breakfast all by itself.
Can substitute strawberries or raspberries for the blueberries - both are wonderful.
