Hearty, quick, easy, everyone loves it
Bacon and eggs in one
• 2T bacon bits (I keep Costco’s real bacon bits in a bag in the freezer, and just take out what I need and put it frozen in the skillet)
• 4 eggs
• 2T water or milk
Night before:
None needed.
Next morning:
Heat a non-stick skillet and add the bacon bits. Sauteefor about 2 minutes, then pour in the eggs. Stir as they cook. Serve.
NOTES:
Serve with toast and fruit.
