There are a few gadgets that help with quick breakfasts. You can make do without any of these, but it may take more time, which is what we are trying to save here!

* Bread machine
* Oven you can set to turn on at a specific time
* Griddle that spans two burners on your stove
* Toaster oven
* Blender
* Microwave
* Food Processor

Eggs in a Ham Cup

Put together the night before, bake first thing in the morning.  Hearty and easy. And, needless to say, really tasty

Eggs in a Ham Cup
  • Four eggs
  • Four slices deli ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese

Night before:
 Lightly grease 4 muffin cups
Push the ham into the muffin cups, creating a ham cup
Put 1T shredded cheese into each cup
Break an egg over the cheese
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to come on at 375˚ before you awake.

Next morning:
Remove the muffin tin from the refrigerator, and take plastic wrap off.  Put into the preheated oven, and cook for 15 minutes at 375˚.   Serve.

·         Try chopped tomatoes, or chives, or a bit of salsa or avocado, instead of or in addition to the cheese.
