* Oven you can set to turn on at a specific time
* Griddle that spans two burners on your stove
* Toaster oven
* Blender
* Microwave
* Food Processor

Peanut Butter, Banana and Honey Sandwich


Another amazingly simple breakfast; protein, fruit and fiber included.


Follow this link for the recipe:
Peanut Butter, Honey and Banana Sandwich – per serving

• 2 slices whole wheat bread

• 1 T peanut butter (or to taste)

• 1 T whipped honey (spreadable)

• ½ large banana



Night Before:

Nothing at all



Next Morning:

Spread peanut butter on one piece of bread and honey on the other.

Slice banana and put on the peanut butter

Close the sandwich and eat it.



NOTES:

• Kids love these – very tasty with milk

• Peanut butter can be crunch or smooth.

• Regular honey works fine, but soaks into the bread
