Okay, cheating of sorts – this uses frozen waffles and tops them with fresh fruit. Adds some nutrition to out-of-the-box frozen food. And is insanely easy and quick Follow this link to the recipe:
Peach Waffles
- · 2 Eggos per person
- · ½ peach per person
Night before:
Set oven to come on to 500 degrees in the morning
Next morning:
Bake in oven or toast waffles, per package directions. Peel and slice peaches. Serve waffles with butter and syrup, and peaches on top.
