A pink, strawberry infused bread. Wonderful for this time of year, when very ripe strawberries are available.

Strawberry Bread
• 1 cup strawberry puree with 2T water (process in blender or food processor
• ½ tsp salt
• 3 T sugar
• 3T canola oil or butter
• 2 ¾ cups bread flour
• 1 packet yeast
Night before:
Put ingredients in bread maker in order listed. Set timer to complete about the time you get up.
Next morning:
Remove bread from bread maker, let cool, slice. Serve with butter and strawberry jam, or with cottage cheese. Toast if you wish.
NOTES:
• May add 1 tsp vanilla when add sugar, or 2T cocoa powder when add flour for a variation.
• If you make this the night before, add 1/2 cup chopped strawberries at the beep for fruit cycle
