Easy Banana Bread

Follow this link to the recipe:

Easy Banana Bread
·         1 ½ cups mashed banana – typically 3 large or 4 small bananas, very ripe
·         6T soft butter or canola oil or some of each
·         1 cup brown sugar
·         2 large eggs
·         2 cups flour – can make one cup whole wheat if you wish
·         ¼ cup wheat germ (optional)
·         ½ tsp each salt, baking soda, baking powder
·         ½ cup chopped nuts – walnut or pecans

Night before:
Put ingredients in bread machine in order listed.  Set on quick bread cycle, and cook.

Next morning:
  Slice and serve

NOTES:
·         This is a dense, flavorful bread
·         I do not recommend using a timer due to the raw eggs, as they would be unrefrigerated all night.
