- half an English muffin
- 1 slice bacon, pre-cooked
- 1 hard boiled egg
- a slice of tomato, or more if the tomato is small
- a slice of American cheese or 1T shredded cheddar

Breakfast on an English Muffin
VERY quick in the morning, hearty and delicious

For each serving:
Boil one egg for each serving
Cook raw bacon, if not precooked, on paper towel in microwave
Put English muffin half as the base, then layer ingredients in the order they are listed.
Toast in your toaster oven, or bake at 450 degrees for about 6 minutes.
My mouth is watering as I type this. It is a favorite.
