* Griddle that spans two burners on your stove
* Toaster oven
* Blender

Cherry Buttermilk Pancakes

Easy to make, complex taste, delicious.

Cherry Buttermilk Pancakes

• ¾ cup flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 2T sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 cup buttermilk (or ¾ cup milk and 3T buttermilk powder)
• 3T butter melted (or 2T canola oil and 1T butter)
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• ½ cup dried cherries, chopped to the size of a raisin

Night before:
Mix together first 4 ingredients. Add melted butter, buttermilk and egg. Stir in cherries. Refrigerate. (Can also mix together in the morning, if you would rather)

Next morning:
Heat a griddle, cook pancakes.

NOTES:
Can use any dried fruit you wish in this.
