* Oven you can set to turn on at a specific time
* Griddle that spans two burners on your stove
* Toaster oven
* Blender
* Microwave
* Food Processor

Pear ham and cheese quesadilla


Featuring the pears of autumn
Follow this link to the recipe:
Pear ham cheese quesadilla
4 flour tortillas, 8 inch diameter
2 pears, cored and sliced
½ cup finely chopped ham
White cheddar cheese, sliced thinly (Costco has a WONDERFUL white cheddar that lasts forever)

Night before:
  Slice pears, store in plastic bag, with all air pressed out before sealing.
  Set oven to preheat to 450° in the morning
  
Next morning:
Lay tortillas out on cookie sheet.
Arrange pear slices on half of the tortilla
Sprinkle 2T of chopped ham on each tortilla
Lay cheddar slices on over ham and pear
Fold tortilla half over filling
Put sheet in oven for 3 minutes, take out and turn quesadillas, then cook for another 2 – 3 minutes
Serve
.
NOTES:
·         Heartier than you would expect, and very nice flavor combination
