* Oven you can set to turn on at a specific time
* Griddle that spans two burners on your stove
* Toaster oven
* Blender
* Microwave
* Food Processor

Blueberries and Yogurt



 Easy, kids love it, nourishing.  Add whole wheat toast with peanut butter for a complete breakfast.

Blueberries and Yogurt
  • ·         1 pint blueberries
  • ·         8 ounces vanilla non-fat yogurt
Night before:
  Nothing needed

Next morning:
Mix together ingredients, serve.

NOTES:
  •  Works well with other berries or chopped fresh fruit.
