A terrible
picture that I took – with a face made with raspberries and blueberries. Small children love this. So do
adults. Very quick to make, nutritious,
and really good.

Pita Cottage Cheese Pizza
- One whole wheat pita
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- Any fresh fruit you want – berries, thin sliced apples or pears, pineapple, you name it
- Other things you want – nuts, coconut, crushed cereal, wheat germ
- 1T jelly or jam, melted
Night before:
No action needed
Next morning:
Layer the
cottage cheese, fruit, other toppings.
Melt the jam or jelly in the microwave.
Pour over the “pizza” Serve.
NOTES:
- Use cream cheese or peanut butter in place of the cottage cheese
