Walnuts

Dried
apricots
2 or 3
cheeses
Sliced
sausage
Whole grain
crackers
Sliced
French Bread
Olives
Night before:
Assemble the platter the
night before, leaving cheese in sausage in the refrigerator. Cover with saran wrap.
Next morning:
Add the cheese and sausage, and stand back!
NOTES:
This also makes a great hors d'oeuvre platter
- every person can find something they like.
