Perfect for a hot August day
Breakfast Parfait
· 2 cups muesli – bought or homemade (see recipe posted earlier)
· 2 cups vanilla yogurt
· 1 cup summer fruit – berries, chopped peaches, chopped apricots, chopped plums
Night before:
No work needed.
Next morning:
Serve in parfait glasses if you have them, or glass bowls. Put ¼ cup cereal in the bottom of each bowl, top with ¼ cup yogurt, then half the berries. Repeat the layers. Serve
NOTES:
· A complete meal in one dish.
