Breakfast Pizza

Kids love this treat, and will eat more of it than you would think possible.  Assemble it entirely the night before, for a stress free morning breakfast.

Follow this link to the recipe:

Breakfast Pizza
  •  Two Boboli Pizzas
  •  4 eggs
  •  2T milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  •  ¼ cup chopped ham (or more to taste)
  •  1 tomato, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Night before:
·         Saute ham.  Beat eggs with salt and milk, then pour over ham in skillet, and cook until soft set.
·         Assemble pizzas – spread eggs evenly over surfaces, top with ½ of chopped tomato and ½ of cheese.
·         Put on cookie sheet, cover and refrigerate
·         Set oven to come on at 425 degrees about a half hour before you get up.

Next morning:
Take cookie sheet from the refrigerator, remove the covering, and place in oven for 10 – 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust starts to brown.
  Cut and serve.

NOTES:
·         Use your imagination for add-ins and toppings.  Try salsa, or spread the boboli with some pasta sauce
·         You may also assemble these in the morning.
