Caramel Pecan Raspberry Muesli

Muesli is a dish found on European breakfast buffets, particularly in Austria, Germany and the Scandinavian countries.  It is typically served at room temperature.  When made with cream, it is luscious, but insanely high fat and calories.  This version is equally delicious, but very, very good for you as well.  It will stick with you all morning.

Follow this link for the recipe:

Caramel Pecan Raspberry Muesli
• ¾ cup rolled or quick oats
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup Stoneyfield Oikos caramel organic Greek yogurt
•  pinch of salt
• ½ cup chopped pecans
• ¾ cup raspberries

Night before:
Mix all but raspberries, cover, leave on counter overnight

Next morning:
Stir in raspberries, serve.

NOTES:
If you can't find the Iokos caramel yogurt, use 2T of brown sugar, or 2T of caramel icecream topping, stirred into a cup of vanilla yogurt
You can add a half cup of wheat germ for more nutrition
