Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Eggs
6 eggs
2 ounces
salmon cream cheese (Philadelphia brand)
1T butter
Night before:
No work needed
Next morning:
Beat the 6
eggs with 2T of water. Heat a non-stick
frying pan, add the butter to melt, then pour in the eggs. Cut the cream cheese into 4 or more pieces,
then distribute into the cooking eggs.
Cook until the eggs are set, then serve immediately.
NOTES:
Good with bagels on the side.
