VERY quick in the morning, hearty and delicious

Breakfast on an English Muffin
For each serving:
- half an English muffin
- 1 slice bacon, pre-cooked
- 1 hard boiled egg
- a slice of tomato, or more if the tomato is small
- a slice of American cheese or 1T shredded cheddar
Night before:
Boil one egg for each serving
Cook raw bacon, if not precooked, on
paper towel in microwave
Next morning:
Put
English muffin half as the base, then layer ingredients in the order they are
listed.
Toast in
your toaster oven, or bake at 450 degrees for about 6 minutes.
NOTES:
My
mouth is watering as I type this. It is
a favorite.
